What You'll Do:
📝 Develop scope and objectives for a variety of internal audits
📊 Conduct data analytics to support audit planning and risk assessment
🤝 Engage with stakeholders to identify risks and prioritize audit focus areas
📌 Coordinate with external subject matter experts as needed
🔍 Ensure audit execution is high-quality, whether internal or outsourced
🧠 Be the “go-to” person to solve problems and get things done
What We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✅ CIA, CPA, or CFE certification (at least one required)
✅ 3–5 years in internal audit, public accounting, or advisory roles
✅ Experience in Biotech, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences is preferred
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
