Workday Reporting Analyst



HIGHLIGHTS: Location: Fully Remote Position Type:  Contract/ Contract-to-Hire Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders Only Hourly Rate: Based on experience Our client is seeking a Workday Reporting Analyst  to join their team.

Brief Overview :

Workday Reporting will create, analyze and maintain reports within the Workday system to support business operations and decision-making.

 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday.

- Analyze data to provide insights and support strategic initiatives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs   and requirements.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports.

- Train users on report generation and interpretation, as needed

-SQL Report

 

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Workday reporting tools and functionalities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

- Extensive SQL hands on experience

- Healthcare provider, healthcare systems experience is highly preferred
