JOB DISCRIPTION :
Key Responsibilities:
Own the design, deployment, and maintenance of Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Supply Chain modules
Act as a consultative partner to business and functional leaders
Lead governance, roadmapping, and resource planning
Drive feature releases and system adoption
Manage system maintenance and ensure customer requirements are met
Evaluate feasibility of system modifications and enhancements
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance
Maintain documentation of system functions and processes
Coordinate with Workday on service tickets and customer success activities
Promote continuous learning within the team
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience, or Master’s with 2+ years
Preferred fields: IT, engineering, business, or healthcare
Demonstrated ERP system support experience
2+ years of Workday production management experience (Workday Pro certification preferred)
Familiarity with Visio, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Basecamp, etc.
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize and execute in a high-pressure, agile environment
Moderate to expert knowledge of IT, business processes, and healthcare trends
Experience in system design, workflow, client interaction, and problem-solving
