Job Overview:
Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking Cyber Workday Data Analyst for an exciting job in Worcester, MA.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ETL operations to migrate data into Workday with accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with teams to define data migration requirements using Workday Data Gathering Workbooks
- Design and configure EIB templates for automated data loads and transformations
- Cleanse, normalize, and validate data for Workday’s structure and business rules
- Test, troubleshoot, and validate successful data transfers, resolving anomalies
- Provide insights to improve data quality and system performance
- Create reports, dashboards, and documentation to track migration progress
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, ETL, or integration roles
- Expertise with Workday Data Gathering Workbooks and EIB
- Strong knowledge of data mapping, transformation logic, and Workday HCM bulk uploads
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Workday Studio and calculated fields
- Knowledge of data privacy standards and compliance (employee data)
