Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and measure quantitative UX goals and metrics to assess and “success” across our digital experiences.
- Identify and frame strategic problems, own the research lifecycle, translate insights to influence both short and long-term product decisions and roadmaps.
- Conduct statistical analysis to extract key insights from data and communicate findings in ways accessible to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support product teams across software and hardware to plan, launch, and analyze surveys
- Work closely with XFN partners to demonstrate the value of quantitative user research and guide product direction.
- Demonstrate excellent statistical and scientific judgement, producing rigorous results in a fast-paced environment, and setting a high technical standard.
- Generate and communicate results, crafted for the intended audience.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects of varying timelines, degrees of complexity, and scope.

- Skilled at communicating verbally and in writing to diverse audiences.
- Thought leader and Change agent willing to challenge norms and grow peers’ thinking.

- Analytical mindset and creativity to balance detailed problem solving with ‘big picture’ strategic view.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Statistics, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar
