Job Description

Travel Certified Surgical Tech/CVOR | Contract Role

Location: Erie, PA, 16550

Shift: 12 HR Days

Duration: 12- week contract

Weekly Pay: $1800 $1944

Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment for CVOR procedures
Assist surgeons and nurses during cardiovascular operations
Ensure all surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are set up and functioning correctly
Pass instruments and supplies during procedures
Maintain accurate counts of sponges, needles, and instruments
Support patient safety and infection control practices
Collaborate with the surgical team and follow surgeon preferences

Requirements:

Certification: NBSTSA or NCCT (required)
Experience: Minimum 1 2 years of recent CVOR experience (required)
BLS Certification: (required, AHA preferred)
Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Locals accepted-local pay rates will apply to candidates residing within a 75-mile radius
