Job Description
- Ensure implementation of safety protocols, PPE usage, and risk control measures on site/factory
- Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for workers and staff
- Identify workplace hazards and conduct risk assessments
- Monitor safety compliance as per statutory and industry standards
- Maintain safety records, reports, and accident registers
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, and recommend preventive actions
- Coordinate emergency response plans, fire drills, and evacuation procedures
- Ensure legal compliance with health and safety laws (e.g., Factories Act, BOCW Act)
