• You will be responsible for achieving sales targets as well as adhering to legal requirements for your department as well as overseeing the functions, obligations, and undertakings within your department and coordinating with other departments in order to achieve company directives.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Established Track Record of effectively leading and encouraging pharmacy and company employees.
• Experience in non-sterile compounding--or a willingness to learn non-sterile compounding
• Familiarity with rules and processes concerning pharmacy compliance and operations.
• Highly skilled at solving problems with minimal direction.

Education and Certifications Required:

• Bachelor's Degree (Pharmacy) or PharmD. Required.
• State of Texas Pharmacist License required in good standing without restrictions.
• Non-Sterile Compounding Experience and familiarity of USP 795 regulations.
