Job Description

Under the direction of the Recreation Director, the Recreation Attendant is responsible for inspecting and maintaining the 1.8-acre lot and RV lot, ensuring compliance with GRF policies and overall cleanliness. Duties include managing leases, billing, vehicle registration, responding to member inquiries, and operating equipment such as a front-end loader. Candidates must have strong customer service skills, knowledge of safety practices, and be proficient with computers, mobile tablets, and point-of-sale systems. Must be available for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Six months of related experience is preferred.

Your Work Schedule, Compensation &Benefits:

  • Part-time, non-exempt (hourly).
  • Hours: Varies Your work schedule will be determined during the interview process and may include weekends and holidays.
  • This position is 100% on-site.
  • Hourly Pay Range is $16.07 per hour up to $21.92 per hour.
  • The above represents the expected hourly range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.
  • Benefit eligibility after your first 30 days of employment include: 401(k)

Work Environment: Indoor and outdoor

What you will be doing:

  • Inspects d 1.8 Acre amenities, to ensure entities are maintained and in good working order.
  • Answers phones and communicates with Members related to lot operations.
  • Maintains inventory of membership and recreational vehicles when necessary, handles new leases, stall & farm plot assignment, annual billings, late notices and policy/lease agreement violation notices and processes all payments using point of sales system.
  • Reports new and terminated leases to Finance & Recreation Departments.
  • Verifies that policies, use conditions, and restrictions of the lot are being followed.
  • Ensures that the above stated amenities are maintained in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Ensures that all vehicle registrations and GRF vehicle decals are in place and up to date when necessary.
  • Place any order for maintenance or pest control for assigned 1.8 acre plot or RV lot space as requested or needed.
  • Maintains property by watering dirt 5.5-acre RV lot with spray rig and Cushman when necessary to ensure dust is kept to a minimum.
  • Maintains property by emptying all trash cans and dumpster on trash pickup days as needed. Walk lot every morning to check for any issues.
  • Sweeps charging station and pickup and debris or trash to maintain lot appearance.
  • Maintain and replace USA flag at charging station as needed.
  • Email a daily activity report to other RV lot attendant and Recreation Director when necessary.
  • Reports daily to the Recreation Director on any operational/ maintenance issues.
  • Provides a written monthly inspection report to the Recreation Committee of all RV lot space (when necessary) and all 1.8 acre plot spaces regularly.
  • Will be scheduled to replace fitness center attendant during their meal and rest breaks
