The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will lead testing and quality assurance efforts for IT projects, ensuring the reliability and performance of software solutions. This role involves developing test strategies, executing test plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in both Agile and Waterfall environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise applications and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
- Lead QA efforts for small to medium-sized IT projects.
- Develop and execute test plans, use cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated testing.
- Conduct API testing for RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with project goals.
- Track and manage defects.
- Prepare QA documentation and project status reports.
- Support data validation and reporting using SQL queries.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy practices and standards.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of QA experience, including leadership roles.
- Experience with enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in Selenium, SOAPUI, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PowerBI, Jenkins, GitHub, Appium, Perfecto (Mobile Testing), JIRA, Rally.
- Experience with Microsoft.Net, Java, PHP/MySQL applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience in the Water Utilities industry.
- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
- Familiarity with Log4j, JDBC, and continuous integration tools.
- Experience with statistical reporting and data analysis.
Special Considerations:
- Onsite: Minimum 3 days/week.
