ZoomCare is seeking a **Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner** to join our team! The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing mental health care and education using a dual emphasis in psychotherapy and psychopharmacology. With a compassionate approach, communicate effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds, utilizing our proprietary clinical management system and onsite resources to deliver a seamless and high-quality ZoomCare experience. **SCHEDULE AND TRAINING** + Work 34 hours average per week, receiving full time benefits. + Unmatched work life balance with no admin days and no on call time. + Scheduled appointments - no staying late to work through a waiting room full of patients. + Clinic positions require you to attend 2-3 weeks of training. The first week will be at your primary location and partially remote, the second and third weeks include traveling to multiple clinics in the area. + Depending on the position and associated requirements, there may be additional mandatory training requirements that are outside of your scheduled shift. **COMPENSATION** + Salary Range: $140,000 - $163,000 per year plus bonus potential and shift pay. **CLINIC LOCATION** + Remote position, must be located in the State of Washington or Oregon. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** _Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions._ + Represent our values: Awesome, Creative, Respectful, Team Players, Get it Done. + Assess, diagnose, develop, and evaluate clear treatment plans. + Educate and coach clients on the intended outcome or adverse reaction of treatment options. + Practice evidence based medicine to employ smartpsychopharmaceuticalpractices and psychotherapy techniques. + Collaborate with Talk Therapists and Practice Lead to manage patient's complete mental healthcare. + Provide complete charts and supportive care responsibilities (callbacks/follow up) on a daily basis. + Provide care in various mediums such as video, chat, phone and in person sessions. + Present oneself professionally in dress, language, demeanor. + Communicate effectively with patients about prices, insurance coverage basics, and the price impact of adding lab tests or selecting various medicines. + Be reliable, punctual, and able to work the assigned shifts. + Display a high degree of compassion and caring. + Recognize when a patient is out of the scope of care and create a plan for them to find appropriate care. + Perfect the art of timeliness to the delight of your customers. + Communicate effectively with clients and know how to anticipate their concerns. + Master all technical tools including ZoomWare (our proprietary clinical management system), Video, iChat, onsite lab tests, and pharmacy. + Deliver a consistent and high quality ZoomCare experience to all patients using ZoomCare tools and methodologies. + Know how to convert a one-time visit to a relationship. + Be able to create a relationship using various mediums such as video visits and chat conversation. + Master the ZoomCare pace and scheduling process. + Know how to provide a focused and goal oriented session (Labs and medications when medically appropriate) in a one-stop experience for the patient. + Practice independently when providing care and seek consultation when appropriate. + Open to ZoomCare's provision of timely feedback on clinical quality, customer compliments and concerns, and medical care issues. + Other duties as assigned. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. + Experienced in psychotherapy techniques and medication management. + Eligible to participate in the Medicare program. + Must be located in Washington or Oregon. **COMPENSATION PACKAGE** + Medical, Dental, Vision and Pharmacy benefits + 4% 401K with employer match + Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Paid Parental Leave, Sabbatical Program + Subscription of UpToDate + Annual CME of $2,500 + Salary Range: $140,000 to $152,000 DOE plus bonus potential and the ability to pick up additional shifts for shift pay **WORKING CONDITIONS** + Fittested for an N-95 mask, must beclean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator + Must wear a mask as needed At ZoomCare we are working hard to make healthcare easy.
