Job Title: Project Manager ERP Implementation Location: Cranbury, NJ 08512 (Onsite/Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months (with potential extension) Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end ERP implementation project, including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery. Lead multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Maintain strict control over project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans. Conduct regular status meetings, document progress, and drive accountability through consistent follow-ups. Identify issues, escalate roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum. Ensure proper change management, documentation, and communication throughout all project phases. Required Skills and Experience: ~7+ years of experience in Project Management, including ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar). ~ Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. ~ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ~ Demonstrated ability to drive execution and enforce accountability across teams. ~ Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent). ~ PMP or Agile/Scrum certification preferred. ~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven. Strong follow-up, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities. Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical teams.
