Job Title: Floating Phlebotomist - Warrenton Job Description The primary role of a Phlebotomist is to assist in performing various assigned duties, troubleshooting, training, and making workflow recommendations. This position requires expertise in blood draws, labeling specimens, and other related tasks. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Phlebotomy and blood draw techniques. + Experience in specimen collection for at least 1 year. + Ability to handle hard-to-draw patients (Hard Stick Experience). + EPIC Experience + Strong customer service skills. + Experience working in medical, pediatric, and geriatric settings. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. + High School Diploma or GED. + 1-2 years of relevant experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warrenton, Virginia.
