Are you a results-driven Ads Manager with a proven track record of turning clicks into conversions?
We’re seeking an experienced digital marketing professional to lead our paid campaigns across Google, YouTube, and Facebook, with a strong emphasis on strategic retargeting and lead generation.
This is a remote, part-time role perfect for someone who thrives on optimizing campaigns and delivering measurable impact across a diverse portfolio of brands.
### Key Responsibilities
* Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads and YouTube campaigns to generate high-quality leads and conversions.
* Create and execute Facebook Ads and retargeting strategies to re-engage audiences and nurture prospects.
* Continuously monitor performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
* Deliver clear, insightful reports with actionable recommendations.
* Oversee multiple campaigns across Lartey Wellness Group, IV Hydration Services, and Lartey Realty Group.
* (Bonus) Apply SEO best practices and advanced retargeting strategies to further enhance campaign results.
### Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience running both YouTube and Facebook Ads with documented success.
* Proven ability to execute advanced targeting/retargeting strategies and manage budgets effectively.
* Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and results-oriented approach.
* Must be an individual contributor (not an agency or freelancer managing clients).
* Not open to beginners—this role requires technical expertise and proven results.
