• Follow up on all appointments in a timely manner.
• Uncover the priorities of buyers/sellers and locate homes matching their needs, and show them the homes.
• Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, servant-leader approach.
Qualifications:
• CA real estate license or willing to get one. • Highly economically motivated and driven to succeed.
