POSITION SUMMARY: The Order Fulfillment Associate plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This role supports both internal and external customers and often collaborates with cross-functional teams such as inventory, logistics, and customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders and delivery notes.
- Shipping & Logistics: Ensure timely and correct shipment of orders, often coordinating with 3rd-party logistics and warehouse teams.
- Inventory Coordination: Work with inventory teams to ensure product availability and resolve discrepancies.
- Customer Communication: Respond to inquiries and provide updates on order status.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance fulfillment efficiency.
- Participate in operational reviews to assess and improve organizational processes and performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: - At least 1 year of experience in order fulfillment, customer service, logistics, or similar field is required.
- High School Diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s Degree is positive.
SKILLS: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced PC skills, especially in Excel and PowerBI.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, NJ, Chicago, IL, Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Long Island, NY. The approximate pay range for this position is $40,000 to $50,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
