What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care according to a custom care plan
• Monitor, document, and report patient conditions during overnight hours
• Support and educate clients and their families
• Use electronic charting and communicate with your care team

Qualifications:

• Active LPN or RN license in Missouri or Compact State
• Availability for overnight shifts
• Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills
• A caring, professional approach with strong independence and time management
