Job Description
- Bachelor degree or above, C1 or above level in any of the following languages: German, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Greek, Arabic, Hungarian, Russian, Finnish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Kazakh, Serbian, Romanian, Danish, Irish, Filipino, Norwegian, Malay, Magyar, Slovak, Slovene, Bulgarian, Estonian Latvian, Croatian, Lithuanian, Zulu, Montenegrin, Catalan, Albanian, Macedonian, etc.
- good logical analysis and judgment ability, excellent execution;
- Familiar with the operation process of customer service business modules, preferred; 1, responsible for translating and proofreading knowledge base, service rules and other texts;
- Work with the entire customer service team to collect, research and analyze business-related information and provide analysis and optimization reports;
- Responsible for the user research in the target market/country, and put forward professional suggestions to help the team optimize the rules and processing procedures to improve customer satisfaction.
