We would love for you to come and join our team at our Vulcan site in Dandenong South.
What you will be responsible for:
- Reporting to the Sales Leader, you will support and execute effective sales strategies to drive sustainable long-term growth.
- Leadership, guidance, and mentoring of 12 internal sales team members.
- Support the talent within the current team, nurturing the growth of individuals.
- Coaching and developing trading skills competency, executing on Sales Force Effectiveness.
- Leverage data and analytical skills to provide insight on sales activities, customer interactions, and KPIs to enhance team performance.
- Building competency across multiple business unit divisions, including product, markets and customer segments.
- Optimise internal processes to improve operational efficiency and market-leading customer service standards continuously.
- Work collaboratively across multiple branch operating areas and the wider business to align with broader Vulcan objectives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in a sales and/or customer service leadership role.
- Proven ability to define KPIs, coach team members, and foster motivation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous process enhancement.
