Industrial Electrician Hart MI

Salary Range: $61000 - $93000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install maintain and repair industrial electrical systems machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions using various testing devices and schematics.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical components motors and control systems.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards electrical codes (e.g. NFPA 70E) and company policies.
• Calibrate and test electrical instruments sensors and control devices.
• Document all maintenance repair and installation activities accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience with industrial control systems (PLCs HMIs VFDs).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical equipment and machinery.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical safety standards.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and calibration on electrical systems.
• Experience with high-voltage systems (480V) and three-phase power.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting
• Familiarity with robotic systems maintenance or installation
• Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Experience with instrumentation and calibration
• Advanced training or certification in Arc Flash safety (NFPA 70E)
