Job Description

Location: Southern Indiana & Louisville Metro Area (No overnight travel).

Type: Full-Time.

Salary: $25–$50/hour (Negotiable, based on experience).

• Service and maintain a wide range of HVAC systems, with a strong focus on mechanical work across various equipment types.
• Collaborate with our automation team on projects, including servicing buildings with legacy controls.
• Self-schedule and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs—no dispatcher, just direct impact.
• Step up for emergency projects with the team (no on-call rotation).
• Grow your skills through hands-on experience with diverse systems and technologies.

• 1+ years of HVAC service experience, with a focus on mechanical systems.
• Hungry to learn and tackle a variety of equipment challenges.
