Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and troubleshooting technology issues for patients and staff.
• Support basic computer, printer, cellular phone, tablet, and Bluetooth health device needs.
• Document issues and manage tickets efficiently.
• Assist with software updates and device maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and document complex issues.
• Knowledge of basic security maintenance and technology troubleshooting.
• A cooperative mindset to foster a positive work environment.
