Job Description

MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF CLERICAL OR RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE 

Connect Staffing is seeking a temporary Front Desk Receptionist for a company that produces fruit drinks in the city of Buena Park, CA.

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. * This position is expected to last 1 month* 

Requirements of a Front Desk Receptionist:

  • Must pass background and drug screen
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to organize tasks and meet deadlines in a part-time schedule.
  • Must have organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in roles such as customer service, receptionist, office assistant, office clerk, and admin assistant is a plus!

Responsibilities of the Front Desk Receptionist:

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients.
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Managing and distributing mail and packages.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
  • Managing office supplies and placing orders when needed.
  • Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases.
  • Preparing and organizing documents for meetings.
