We seek an experienced, customer-oriented, ambitious HVAC Installer to join our Duluth Installation Department. This role is ideal for candidates eager to advance their careers and income. With a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a customer service mindset, you have the potential to climb the ladder to Branch Management, Regional Management, and beyond.

As a United Air Temp Experienced HVAC Installer, I will receive:

• Paid training and required certifications/licenses
• United Air Temp vehicle, gas card, and cell phone
• Daily technical and leadership training
• Mentorship and guidance from leaders that started with no experience - 100% of United Air Temp's leaders started trainees, including the CEO

What skills do I need to be a successful Experienced HVAC Installer?

• Ability to work with your hands, lift 70-100 lbs, work in small spaces or attics when necessary
• Experienced with the ability to install Residential HVAC systems
• Strong work ethic, excellent customer service, and can-do attitude to ensure that every customer experience is exceptional

What qualifications are we seeking as an HVAC installer at United Air Temp?

• At least 18 years of age and have at least three years of safe driving experience
• Clean motor vehicle report and background check
