We’re hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing nonprofit marketing and community outreach team !
In this role, you’ll represent national nonprofit organizations at local events, connect with the public face-to-face, and raise awareness for causes that change lives — all while gaining hands-on experience in marketing, communications, and public relations .

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly, professional face of our campaigns — sparking connections and driving positive impact.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit partners at community events, pop-up activations, and outreach programs
Engage directly with the public to share nonprofit missions and campaign goals
Educate potential donors and supporters on ways to get involved
Maintain professionalism, compassion, and enthusiasm in every interaction
Collaborate with teammates to achieve campaign and fundraising targets
Provide feedback and insights to improve outreach and engagement
