We are looking for qualified individuals to fill Electrician, Electronics Technician, and Automation positions. We have a 2nd shift positions available.

 

Responsibilities:   

1. Managing daily maintenance of assigned areas. Assigned areas are:
   1. Scales
   2. Plant Wide Electronics
   3. Plant Wide Electrical
   4. Plant Wide Automation
   5. Showcase of Assigned Areas and MCC/Panel Rooms (painting, caulking, flooring, etc.)
2. Developing, maintaining, updating and organizing all electrical/electronic prints and troubleshooting guidelines.
3. Hands on maintenance is required.
4. Manage Preventative Maintenance programs for assigned areas and assure all preventative maintenance work orders are completed as scheduled.
5. Schedule and assure that preoperational testing and inspection of equipment is completed prior to the start of production on both shifts.
6. Inspect and evaluate operating condition of all equipment in assigned areas. Set up written schedule for evaluations of equipment and prepare written reports on all evaluations, setting up repair schedules, if needed.
7. Verify that proper cleaning procedures for assigned areas have been established and followed to assure that no damage is being caused to the machinery’s electrical/electronic components and to ensure the proper following of manufacturers recommended guidelines.
8. Utilize CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System) to full capability.
9. Attend weekly production/safety meetings as required.
10. Directly responsible for all production delays related to electrical/electronic failure.  Additional responsibilities, special assignments, etc. may be required as needed.

Requirements:

Certification or Vocational training and 1+ years of related experience.
