**Job Title: Electrician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled electrician to perform electrical work for an apartment complexes located in Stamford, Bridgeport, or Waterbury CT. This role requires expertise in maintaining and repairing electrical systems to ensure safety and functionality. **Responsibilities** + Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in an apartment complex setting. + Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions. + Ensure all electrical systems are safe and comply with local regulations. + Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete projects efficiently. + Maintain documentation of all electrical work performed. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience in electrical work, preferably in a residential or apartment complex environment. + Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Certification or license in electrical work is preferred. + Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values safety, quality, and collaboration. The role does not specify a dress code, but safety gear will be provided and must be worn as necessary. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Norwalk, CT. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $45.00/hr.
