We are seeking passionate, positive, professional, and motivated individuals to join the Bella Ballet and Empower by Bella Ballet teaching staff this fall! Who We Are: At Bella Ballet and Empower by Bella Ballet, we’re more than just a dance studio. As the original dance empowerment studio, our mission is to uplift students as a whole, helping them grow through dance while empowering their bodies, minds, and hearts. Position Overview: We are seeking dance instructors to teach classes for ages 2-18 in styles such as Ballet, Hip Hop, Contemporary, and Musical Theatre/Jazz for our 2025-2026 season starting in September. We are looking to fill weekday shifts as well as weekend shifts. Classes are open 7 days a week. Ideal candidates are: • Collaborative and value team-oriented environments • Passionate about working with children and instilling a love of dance in their students. • Bring a positive and proactive attitude to the studio daily. • Are dependable and reliable. • Committed to ongoing personal and professional development and continued improvement. • Have strong problem-solving skills • Have a strong background in technical dance training, prior dance experience, and choreography • Serve as role models who inspire and motivate young dancers • Thrive in a fast-paced environment If you’re seeking a supportive and uplifting dance family, we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities: • Ability to teach various dance styles and use various methodologies from beginner to advanced levels. • Ensure classes run smoothly and follow the mission of Bella Ballet. • Provide helpful and constructive feedback to students. • Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers, students, and families. • Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals. • Evaluate student progress and make recommendations for improvement. • Choreograph creative and age-appropriate routines. • Provide a fun and creative environment. • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and collaborative studio environment. • Keep up to date in your discipline and implement any changes to the curriculum as needed. • Light cleaning in between classes. • If hired, candidates are required to sign an NDA and Non-Compete Agreement. Qualifications: • 3+ years teaching experience. • Strong background in various dance styles. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Excellent communication skills. • Energetic, driven, creative, reliable. • Demonstrate patience and professionalism. • Passion for dance and teaching children.
