Job Summary We are seeking a
Cyber Security Analyst to join our team supporting the 557 th Weather Wing in Offutt Nebraska. You will play a key part in ATG’s support of development and overarching STIG compliance strategy; assist in risk analysis and threat hunting and enforcement of cybersecurity programs.
Key Responsibilities - Support the planning and organization of Cyber Operational Readiness Assessment(s) (CORA)
- Testing and analysis of all applicable STIGs;
- Scheduling and implementation of all applicable STIGs;
- Monitoring and execution of the quarterly revalidation schedule;
- Monitoring emerging changes to the applicable STIGs outside of the quarterly schedules.
- Support leadership meetings including briefing of senior Government leadership, biweekly briefings and meetings, security meetings and stakeholder meetings.
- Monitoring the cybersecurity risk and threat to the 557 WW’s cyber environment;
- Assisting with the implementation plans for the 557 WW’s transition to a cloud environment
- Support creation and delivery of program deliverables, and reporting to both ATG leadership and Government personnel regarding contract outcomes and status.
Qualifications Required: - Security Clearance Level: Must hold an active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelors Degree and 2 years of experience
- Associates Degree and 4 years of experience or Highschool Diploma and 6 years experience can qualify candidate in leu of Bachelors degree.
- Possesses and applies experience on complex work assignments.
- Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
- Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
Physical and Environmental Conditions - Work to be performed out of Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time in office-setting
