We’re hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to join our nonprofit outreach and marketing team ! In this role, you’ll represent national nonprofit organizations at local events, engage with the community, and help raise awareness for important causes—all while building valuable skills in customer service, marketing, and public relations .
This is not a call center job — no cold calls, no telemarketing, and no scripts. Just real conversations that inspire action and create positive change in the community.

As a Customer Service Representative (Entry Level) , you’ll be the friendly face of the campaigns you represent. You’ll interact with the public, share powerful stories about each cause, and help generate long-term donor and community support.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit clients at live events, fundraisers, and outreach programs
Engage with the public in a professional, energetic, and approachable way
Communicate key messages about nonprofit missions and community initiatives
Educate supporters on how they can get involved or donate
Collaborate with your team to meet outreach goals and deliver campaign results
Maintain integrity, compassion, and professionalism in every interaction
