**Responsibilities**
**POSITION SUMMARY:**
The Custodian is responsible for maintaining common and office areas in a clean and orderly condition. The person in this position is expected to know and support the mission and values of Dominican Oaks and to apply the Dominican Oaks philosophy while performing daily job tasks.
**Qualifications**
**REQUIRED:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent; or Six to nine months related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
+ Ability to speak effectively with residents and staff.
+ Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
+ Ability to demonstrate basic math skills.
+ Ability to follow instructions and demonstrate good judgment and problem solving skills.

**Pay Range**
$24.00 - $24.26 /hour
