Join Our Team & Apply Today!!_** **What Your Day May Look Like** + Train employees, conduct new employee orientation, mandatory licensing training, on-the-job training, along with training in health and safety practices. + Document training as required for purposes of licensing and under the terms of client contracts. + Work with managers and supervisors to determine training needs and approaches. + Develop training schedule in conjunction with management to coordinate training activities. + Follow appropriate instructional procedures or methods, such as individual training, group instruction, etc. + Organize training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation materials, multimedia visual aids, and other education materials. + Maintain records and prepare reports to evaluate the performance of training activities, and to monitor the progress of trainees. + Perform tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assigned office. **What We Offer** + Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, & Disability Insurance, Plus 401K Options. + Paid Time Off - 40 hours after 1 year of service paid out for FT security officers who worked a minimum of 2080 hours. + Paid Family Leave - up to 12 weeks a year in accordance with State Law. + Weekly Pay! - DailyPay Access program available! + Referral Program. + Telemedicine - Virtual Medical Care. + Discounts on Childcare, Vehicles, Electonics, Cell Phone Plans, Travel & More! + Free Uniforms & Paid Training. + Doggy & Kitty Daycare Discounts. + Employee Assistance Program & So Much More! **Position Requirements** + Must be at least 18 years of age. + Must have valid Oregon State Instructor license and DPSST license. + High school diploma or GED required. + Minimum 2 years management experience needed. + Proficient computer / technology skills needed. + Must have reliable means of communication and transportation. + Excellent written and verbal communication required. + Prior Training/HR experience in an office environment preferred. + Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner. + All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
