- UPSELLING & CROSS-SELLING IS A MUST, big seller!!!
- Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions
- Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Proficient in technology, experience with print jobs is recommended.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Sales experience and a comfort level with upselling is a must
* COLLEGE DEGREE
- CERTIFIED NOTARY A Big Plus
- MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with work on administrative tasks also
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible
- Able to lift 40+ pounds
