Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Call Center Representative to support new member onboarding for an innovative digital health and wellness platform focused on improving sleep, metabolic health, and overall well-being. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth and supportive onboarding experience, helping members feel welcomed, informed, and confident using the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound welcome calls to newly enrolled members
• Provide step-by-step guidance through account setup and platform features
• Respond to inbound inquiries related to onboarding, app usage, and general support
• Troubleshoot common technical or access issues
• Accurately document member interactions in tracking systems
• Identify and escalate complex issues as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on member experience improvements

Qualifications:

• 1+ years in a call center, customer support, or healthcare service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools
• Empathetic, patient, and solutions-oriented
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
