Delaney Oyster House is seeking passionate and knowledgeable Bartenders to join our team!

Delaney Oyster House is an acclaimed seafood restaurant and raw bar located in the heart of downtown Charleston. As part of The Neighborhood Dining Group—which includes renowned establishments such as Husk, Marbled & Fin, The James, and Minero —Delaney Oyster House celebrates the flavors and traditions of the Lowcountry. Our menu highlights the freshest, most sustainable seafood sourced from local coastal and inland waterways, served in a welcoming, casual-chic setting.

Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for a talented Bartender who brings both technical skill and warm hospitality to the bar.

Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable hospitality to all bar guests
• Craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency, speed, and precision
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the beverage program, including spirits, wine, beer, and house cocktails
• Engage guests with confidence—offering recommendations and sharing insights into the menu
• Prepare garnishes, syrups, and other bar components in accordance with recipes and prep standards
• Manage bar inventory and restock supplies throughout service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in accordance with laws and company policies
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service
• Handle payments accurately and manage tabs using the POS system
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols
• Represent the brand with professionalism and pride at all times

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale setting
• Strong spirits, wine, and cocktail knowledge
• Confident, engaging, and thrives in a guest-focused environment
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a polished presence
• A collaborative teammate with a passion for creating memorable experiences
