The Position : We’re looking for Leasing Consultants. The pay range we’re offering is $16-$18/hour depending on experience and skill set.
· We are currently offering Temp and Temp-Hire Opportunities
· We also offer Weekly Paychecks- Every Thursday and the opportunity to interview the property before saying “Yes” to your future employer.
Requirements:
· High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
· Onsite Apartment Industry is a Plus
· 2 years of Customer Service experience
· 2 Years of Sales Background
· Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge
· Outbound/Inbound Call experience
· Outgoing, self-motivated, and highly reliable
· Ability to problem solve and multi-task
· Open Availability to work weekends
Responsibilities:
· Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
· Greet visitors (residents, future residents, and internal team members)
· Inspect Units for move-ins to ensure units are ready
· Collect Application fees, deposits, and rent
· Prepare service requests
· Assist with planning and hosting of resident functions
