Job Description

As an Advanced AI Engineer here at Honeywell, you will lead the design and development of AI algorithms, models, and systems, acting as the subject matter expert for technical AI projects and best practices. You will report directly to our Senior Director SW Architect and you'll work out of our Atlanta, Georgia location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the development of cutting-edge AI technologies that improve operational efficiency and enhance decision-making processes, ultimately contributing to the success of our clients and the growth of our business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES + Design and implement advanced AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes. + Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies. **YOU MUST HAVE** + Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. + 3 plus years of experience in AI and machine learning development. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. + Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java, with experience in AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. + Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, for deploying AI solutions. **WE VALUE** + Advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. + Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments. + Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. + Passion for innovation and continuous learning in the field of AI.
