Description We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to join our team in Goleta, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, overseeing financial processes, and driving successful campaigns. Responsibilities: - Manage and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. - Oversee the implementation and utilization of accounting software systems to streamline financial operations. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective campaign strategies. - Monitor and manage billing functions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. - Coordinate budget planning processes and provide recommendations for cost optimization. - Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and maintain comprehensive account records. - Analyze data to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with financial and operational standards across all managed accounts. - Address client concerns promptly and provide solutions to maintain satisfaction. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance service offerings. Requirements - Proven experience working with accounting software systems and financial tools. - Familiarity with CRM platforms and their application in managing client relationships. - Strong understanding of accounting principles, billing processes, and budget planning. - Experience with campaign planning and execution in a detail-oriented environment. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to assess and improve operations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and teams. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with attention to detail. - Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to financial services.
